La incorporación sería INMEDIATA, lo antes posible, ya que se trate de la cobertura de una baja de paternidad que esperamos se producirá sobre el 10 de noviembre y es importante que la persona que contratemos vaya aprendiendo las funciones con tiempo (aunque por supuesto, hay otras personas en el departamento, que continúan y le irán también formando en sus tareas).
Buscamos a un/a graduado/a en náutica, con un nivel alto real de inglés hablado y escrito.

Main Missions
As a Port Operations Officer, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing port operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You will prepare and coordinate the physical call of ships in charge of Vessel Ops & Cargo Ops desk and centralize the information related to the call coordinating with the Line, the Ship, Port Agents, terminals, and Local Authorities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Operational Coordination: Manage vessel operations at the port, ensuring timely berthing, loading, and unloading of cargo while minimizing delays.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between the terminal operators, vessel crews, port authorities, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze operational performance metrics, including turnaround times, productivity, and cost efficiency, to identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all port operations comply with international maritime regulations, safety standards, and CMA CGM’s policies.
- Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges in real-time, providing prompt solutions to minimize disruptions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of port and terminal operations, including vessel handling and cargo operations.
- Familiarity with maritime regulations, safety protocols, and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in using port management systems and operational software.
